Our History
The Three Pines Penguins had it's inaugural year in 2021, and many of the team members were the reigning city champs from the summer of 2019 when they competed as the former Westside Club Hammerheads. When the club closed its doors, the team found a new pool at Three Pines Country Club and have reestablished themselves in their new environment.
Our Mission
The mission statement for the Three Pines Penguins is to provide a structured and safe learning environment through fun and exercise in competitive spirit while promoting a positive role in the community.
Spartanburg Summer Swim League
The Spartanburg Summer Swim League (SSSL) is a joint effort of 7 local area swim teams all over Spartanburg who work together to promote swimming as a lifelong sport, to achieve personal growth and development for our children, and to provide the experience and excitement of competition for youth in Spartanburg County.
